In 2011 Chris Armstrong upscaled the Black Arrow model to 1:13 and
fitted it to an Estes Executioner model rocket. . It was launced as the
celebrations for the 40th anniversary of the Black Arrow R3 flight that
placed the Prospero satellite in orbit. One of the original engineers
assisted Chris with the launch.
